1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery (28 days for international customers) provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalized/custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Items with odors, makeup stains, or signs of wear
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and visit our Returns Portal
- Select items for return and print the prepaid return label
- Securely pack items with the original invoice
- Drop off at designated carrier locations
4. Refund Timeline
- Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal)
- Store credit: Issued immediately for approved returns
5. Faulty/Damaged Items
For defective products:
- Contact Customer Support within 48 hours
- Provide photos/video of the issue
- We’ll arrange replacement or full refund (including return shipping)
6. International Returns
- Customers outside the UK:
- Responsible for return shipping costs
- Must declare “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees
7. Change of Mind
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility
- Refund excludes original delivery charges
8. Holiday Season Extension
Orders placed between December 1-24 may be returned until January
