1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery (28 days for international customers) provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) 

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Items with odors, makeup stains, or signs of wear 

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account and visit our Returns Portal
  2. Select items for return and print the prepaid return label
  3. Securely pack items with the original invoice
  4. Drop off at designated carrier locations 

4. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal)
  • Store credit: Issued immediately for approved returns 

5. Faulty/Damaged Items
For defective products:

  1. Contact Customer Support within 48 hours
  2. Provide photos/video of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange replacement or full refund (including return shipping) 

6. International Returns

  • Customers outside the UK:
    • Responsible for return shipping costs
    • Must declare “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms
    • Refunds exclude original shipping fees 

7. Change of Mind

  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility
  • Refund excludes original delivery charges 

8. Holiday Season Extension
Orders placed between December 1-24 may be returned until January
